Trophies for the kids.

We need to get trophies for the MMCC

Give awards Queen of Darts do at MMCC.

President’s Report:

Thanks to everyone who showed up and helped with MMCC.
Good response
TNT is good to go forWEd night for Awards.
Awards are not in and will not be ready for Wednesday night.
TNTs probably already started food. Too late to cancel
Tim has the coasters finished.
We will need to do the presentation and not give out trophies until next week.
The money for the awards came out of the account.
Vic is MCing the awards.
Need to make an announcement that we do not have the awards.

Vice President’s Report:

Trying to get a new venue Crafttsman on the hill. Not able to talk to anyone yet.
Going through all of the tablets and cords. Have about 50 tablets right now. We need to collect from everyone - tablets and cords and backpacks. Also need to get tablet holders from Conex.
Need to add minutes to the WEbsite.

Treasurer’s Report:

We have $5696.82 in the bank. I have $2090 to deposit.
Tim ($420) and JT ($480) are paid.
Owe $500 for Venue and 3 jerseys.
According to my records we made $504.64 minus $180.25 for jerseys.
Triple Shot - $473.00

Statician: Nothing - Ema - His friend Jeremy got the info from Bennie is doing an algorithm for the MVP and will get the results soon.

ADO/TDO Report:

Someone emailed Tim. Need to discuss if we want to do ADO.

Gave treasurer $190.00 for Team state.

Can we contact them and ask them to present to us and ask what they can do for us.

Team State benefit at TNTs on September 12th.

Social Media Report:

No call back from the 2 bars Ema has tried.

Motion put up to vote on A.P. disciplinary actions. 4 for and 1 abstain.

We would like to go and do a verbal reprimand to him and put him on a year probation.

Scott will go and speak to him.

Ema gave up the bar committee and will do social media.

Need new venues

Charlie WEbb-

He stated MMCC did great and congrats on doing well.

Increase funds- Make our monthly events on the same day of the week

Road to MCC monthly - 4 events - mixed doubles, open singles, capped singles and blind draw - every month

All GNDA would accumulate points for the leader board.

Points go towards a prize, such as a golden ticket for MCCC. Have triple shot and raffles -- take off the top 10 or 20 percent to raise funds for MCC. 1 point entering event, 1 point 1 for win,

Monthly king of the hill tournament - GNDA takes 10% off the top. open concept- $20.00 per month - you play other KOH at your own time- earn points.

Premier league single league people would pay 100. Mixed double, singles

Charge 2 for non member triple shot tickets.

I added Charlie to the board nominations.
