If a player has already participated in GNDA Dart Connect league, their email will not be required on this form, if they are new or need to update their email, then enter correct email for Dart Connect in this form.

By signing up for league play, GNDA is released from all responsibility for the individuals here within for any incidences occurring during or as a result of a GNDA sponsored league or event.

By providing your email for Dart Connect, you and your team members agree to receive League related emails and Dart Connect Stats.

This league is ran on Dart Connect, each Team must have two tablets (preferably iPad) and two tablet holders. GNDA will provide if you need this however you may also provide your own.

We have our own personal equipment and do not need GNDA to issue anything

Payment is due by Week 1 of League Play.

Session Fee is $20 per player. GNDA Membership is $15 per player and paid only once annually, membership is good through the year. Players who played a session in the same calendar year are already members and only need to pay Session Fee.
