Motion to pay Scott 900 to reimburse for Conex.

Trophies for the kids.

We need to get trophies for the MMCC

Give awards Queen of Darts do at MMCC.

President’s Report:

-Vic needs to get with WInmau for the boards that were ordered.

-Get with Casey to see when he can get a lot of the stuff from her.

-Get Chris to see if he can make us a shirt and make shirts - Need to pay him.

Vice President’s Report:

Scott has paid dart connect
Scott also spent 900 in addition to the approved 2400 to the conex container.
Vote Kim to be the Treasurer - everyone agreed
Players initiated the $10 fee for people not spending money - this is not fair because GNDA members have already paid their dues. We should not allow a bar to charge members $10.00 for Wednesday league night. Vic to talk to Players.
Need to advertise the MCC.
End of the season we need to take up tablets and do an inventory. Maybe select a committee member that does the inventory of the boards (maybe Tim G.).

Treasurer’s Report:

NOTHING THIS MONTH - Due to Casey quitting 6/15/26-

We have $8,129.69 in the account. Has about 500 to get from people and TNTs. Check from players 120.00 added to the cash is about 800.
Triple Shot - $1227.00 - 724. 503.00 took in 227.00 as of 05/19/2026 - Should be 720.00
We owe TDO $50. Per TIm this was paid for MMCC

Statician: Nothing - Bennie not here

ADO/TDO Report: Paid for the MMCC the event Tim and Marshall put on for 9th should have $95.00 from Tim at TNTs. Asking about having one of those every month. Should we have this every month 1 before July. Got 95.00 for Team State. Talk about money should go into a pot for the Women and Men team. Have it at TNT because it is centrally located.

People are constantly trying to put off our draw when we post.

ACTION ITEMS

Need to get the boards presold and also board sponsorships
Need to look at the boards at Venues - Players south was reported as needing new - per Vic 1-8 are good. The villagers need new boards per Ema.

LEAGUE MATTERS

Ema is getting his certification by the end of the month to run the tournament - need someone certified to run the tournament
