President’s Report:

Vice President’s Report:

Handing out a list of inventory at TNT and WEdge (tablets, etc.)
Ema Getting inventory at Players and the ones from Katie
Talk about tiers Gold, Bronze, Silver and do bronze for D- Should we just put top 4 in the A for GOld, top 2 in B and C and silver Do the awards this way. Everyone Agreed

Forfeit - To form a committee of members that would not affect the members and discuss score, versus penalty. WE will reflect back on the score. Let's do it Monday 7/27/26.
Vic talks to Players about the $10.00 charge. That was not done. Vic will reach out to Kevin. Reach out to Casey for his info.

Treasurer’s Report:

We have $6,477.91 in the account. Have a check for 290.00 from TNT. Should be getting 350.00 from board sponsorships.
Triple Shot Should be 730.00
TDO was paid.

Statician: Nothing - Ema - His friend Jeremy got the info from Bennie is doing an algorithm for the MVP and will get the results soon.

ADO/TDO Report: Got 95.00 for Team State.

Social Media Report:

Nothing - Ema taking care of

Bar committee Report: Nothing

- Boards at Players and Villagers are good.
